The spray foam was almost 100% complete this week. We should be ready for inspection next week.

Week 25: More longboard

We are ready for insulation inside the house and George continues to make the house shine with the installation of Longboard on the front corner section.

Week 42: The painter arrives

Mick and Mario were hard at work prepping the house and priming and painting the trim. Looks great!

The day we started the landscaping (here Thom is digging a large french drain in the back yard for the sump discharge) was also move-in day! The family had their first weekend in their brand new house and all is well. More pics to come after landscaping!
