The city contractor, CoXCo was in this past week to work on the sanitary and water upgrade. With a lot of back and forth and consultation, we managed to pick a spot where we could get the proper slope on the sanitary line while still fitting under the house footings. I'm glad Hanif and Agnes listened to my advice on going for an 8' basement... if they hadn't, they would require a sewage ejector (ew) and their sump would run 24x7!
