The kitchen from Scavolini was delivered today. I'm happy with the installers - pretty efficient and careful.

Week 42: The painter arrives

Mick and Mario were hard at work prepping the house and priming and painting the trim. Looks great!

The day we started the landscaping (here Thom is digging a large french drain in the back yard for the sump discharge) was also move-in day! The family had their first weekend in their brand new house and all is well. More pics to come after landscaping!

Week 6: Backfill

Yeah! We can finally fill in the hole! We got backfilled last week and await the as-built-survey to be completed by Land Survey Group. It always feels good to have the walls backfilled!
